Arkigroup has delivered a professional solution for the project of adding a new floor to a villa outside Kisa. The architects worked closely with the client to create a layout that meets their wishes and needs.
The new floor includes three bedrooms, a bathroom, and communal spaces that provide plenty of room for relaxation and everyday living. On the ground floor, Arkigroup also designed a larger kitchen, replacing one of the original bedrooms to make room for this expansion.
In addition, Arkigroup provided visualizations of the finished floor, giving the client a clear picture of how it will look once completed. These visualizations have been a crucial tool in helping the client make informed decisions and ensuring that all details are aligned with their expectations.

Arkigroup has recently received an exciting assignment as architects to transform an existing 1,000 square meter industrial building into a modern residential property featuring ten apartments. The goal of this project is to create an attractive and functional living environment that includes amenities such as laundry facilities and bicycle storage.
In our planning, we will incorporate shared laundry rooms where residents can conveniently wash and dry their clothes. Additionally, we will establish bicycle storage to promote sustainable transportation options and encourage the use of bikes as an eco-friendly alternative.
We will work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision and needs are realized in the design of the apartments. Key aspects such as accessibility, energy efficiency, and aesthetics will be considered to create a living environment that meets high standards and fosters comfort for the residents.

On behalf of Vasaparken Fastighets AB, Arkigroup has recently conducted an advanced 3D scanning and control measurement of a significant property located at the intersection of Platensgatan/Ågatan, formerly known as Platå. This project is a brilliant example of how modern technology can transform the property measurement process, particularly in buildings with complex and asymmetrical room configurations.
Thanks to the advanced 3D scanning technology, we were able to quickly and accurately measure every detail of the expansive spaces. This work, which would traditionally require extensive time, effort, and resources, was made “as easy as pie” through the use of technology, executed with millimeter precision.
